Southwest Florida is a beautiful place to live in, to spend the winter or just to vacation at.

Southwest Florida has a lot more to offer than just beautiful beaches so if you are looking for something to do in Southwest Florida you have come to the right place.

This website has information and articles written by Southwest Florida locals. My husband and I live in Cape Coral with our two children and every day we enjoy discovering new and interesting things to to do in and around Southwest Florida. We wanted to share my experiences and my discoveries with anyone who is interested in Southwest Florida.

From Cape Coral and Fort Myers down to Bonita Springs and Naples I share events, attractions and fun things to do in Florida’s Gulf Coast as well as day and weekend trips to other Florida destinations.

Paula is a freelance writer, translator & marketer specializing in social media and Hispanic markets. Along with her husband she is the owner of Catalyst Creative Studio, a graphic design and marketing firm in Southwest Florida. She started her writing career as the founder and editor of Bebé y Mamá, the first parenting magazine in Guatemala. She is the founder and editor-in-chief of GrowingUpBilingual.com and 365thingsswfl.com. She writes articles in Spanish and English for both magazines and the web on subjects ranging from travel and food to parenting and bilingualism. Jessica Hehir is a former broadcast journalist who found her calling in motherhood. Jessica has worked in all aspects of both broadcast and print journalism in Ireland and across the U.S. Jessica writes for several publications in Southwest Florida on topics ranging from parenting to business to health and beauty.
