One of my favorite places to go in Cape Coral is Run Agrounds. They have good coffee, a nice atmosphere and a great view of the marina and the beautiful yachts in the water.
Located at the Cape Harbor Marina, Run Agrounds is one of several waterfront eateries in this yachting community. They offer casual fare like sandwiches, quiche and croissants,a wide array of coffee and tea specialty drinks along with pastries and the best gelato in the area. I much prefer going to Run Agrounds for some gelato and free WiFi than going tone of those big coffee house chains. The coffee might not be the best but it’s good, the staff is friendly, I love the cozy and fun island atmosphere and you can’t beat the great view out into the marina.
The gelato, made fresh in house daily, is really do die for and perfect for enjoying it after lunch or dinner at The Joint, Rumrunners or Pignolis or while spending the afternoon strolling through the little shops and art galleries in the marina. My favorite are the the pistachio and the stracciatela.

On Tuesday nights Cape Harbor celebrates a block party and there is live music in front of the LongBoards Cabana Bar, right next to Run Agrounds.
If you want to go out for coffee or ice cream or are looking for a place with free WiFi in Cape Coral Run Agrounds is the place to go. I believe in taking full advantage of what Southwest Florida has to so any place with a view of the water ranks higher for me.

The block party sounds like a blast!
That looks so good and so fun! What is stracciatela? I have never heard of that flavor! I need to come visit 🙂 I’ll try one of each flavor lol.
It tastes to me like chocolate chip, but the chips are a bit bigger. I love it 🙂
